Plain-English terms.

circleit is operated by Vivid Resources LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company. "We," "us," and "circleit" refer to Vivid Resources LLC.

Use the circleit booking widget on any website you own or operate, for free, forever, as an individual. If you're a team, business, or agency using circleit on behalf of clients, the same free terms apply during the v0 preview period — paid team/business plans will roll out later with 30 days notice before any plan change affects you.

• Resell circleit or wrap it in your own branding without a partnership agreement.
• Use circleit to spam, harass, or schedule events the recipient hasn't agreed to.
• Scrape or programmatically harvest data from other organizers' public booking pages.
• Bypass our rate limits or anti-abuse measures.
• Use the service for illegal activity.

You own your organizer profile data, your event types, your availability, and your booking records. We claim no ownership. You can export everything from dashboard settings at any time.

We try hard to keep circleit up but we don't promise specific uptime in v0. Outages happen — Google APIs go down, our hosts have incidents, mistakes ship. We won't be liable for missed bookings caused by service unavailability. (As we mature the service we'll publish an SLA.)

Calendar features depend on Google Calendar. See Privacy for the exact OAuth scopes circleit requests and what we read or write.

You can delete your account from dashboard settings at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; we'll email you first unless it's an emergency (active abuse, security incident).

circleit is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months — for individual users that amount is $0.

If we have a disagreement we'll try to resolve it via email first. Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, USA. Either party can pursue claims in Wisconsin state or federal court.

If we change these terms materially, we'll email every organizer at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
