circleit is built by a founder with years of frontline technical support experience — the kind where you actually walk everyday people through software they didn't choose and don't want to learn. After enough of those conversations, you stop asking "why is this hard?" and start asking "what's the dumbest possible version of this that works?"
That's circleit. Most booking software was built for power users. Configuration trees. Workspaces. "Workflow automations." Meanwhile, the photographer trying to take portraits in Appleton wants a button on her Squarespace site that lets customers pick a time. Full stop.
